01Company identification
Brand Business S.A. is a corporation incorporated in Paraguay, with legal domicile at Av. España 1245, Floor 3, Villa Morra, Asunción, Paraguay. RUC: 80123456-7.
Brand Business S.A. operates the commercial brands Cocodinus, Dubtech and Viajante Luggage, all of its exclusive property and registered with the National Directorate of Intellectual Property (DINAPI).
02Acceptance of terms
The use of the brandbusiness.com.py site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of the points established here, we ask that you do not use the site or make purchases.
Brand Business S.A. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on this page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
03Products and prices
All published products are subject to availability. Brand Business S.A. reserves the right to modify prices, features and catalog without prior notice, without this affecting already confirmed orders.
Prices are expressed in guaraníes (₲) and include taxes applicable in Paraguay. The USD equivalent is shown as a reference, calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Paraguay.
For international purchases, customs duties of the destination country are borne by the buyer.
04Purchase process
To place an order:
- Select the products and add them to the cart.
- Complete your personal details and shipping address.
- Choose the shipping and payment method.
- Confirm the order. You will receive an email with the details.
The order is confirmed only when the payment is credited. Brand Business S.A. reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, lack of stock or suspicion of fraud, refunding the full amount paid.
05Payments and invoicing
We process all payments through Pagopar, a platform certified by Bancard with SSL encryption. Brand Business S.A. does not store credit or debit card data.
We accept: credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners), digital wallets (Tigo Money, Billetera Personal), cash at authorized branches (Aquí Pago, Pago Express, Practi-Pago) and bank transfer.
The invoice is issued in the name of the holder of the payment method used and is sent by email within 24 business hours following order confirmation.
06International shipping
We ship to more than 220 countries through DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are:
- Buenos Aires, Montevideo: 3 to 5 business days.
- Lima, Santiago, São Paulo: 4 to 6 days.
- Madrid, Miami, Mexico City: 5 to 7 days.
- Other destinations: up to 10 business days depending on customs.
Times are counted from effective shipping. Brand Business S.A. is not responsible for delays attributable to customs, carrier or force majeure.
07Returns and warranty
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return any unused product in its original packaging. The refund is made to the original payment method within 10 business days following the receipt of the product at our offices.
The warranties offered are:
- Cocodinus and Dubtech: 1 year against manufacturing defects.
- Viajante Luggage: lifetime warranty on structure and zippers.
Technical service is performed exclusively at our offices in Asunción. To start a claim, write to soporte@brandbusiness.com.py.
08Intellectual property
All site contents (text, images, logos, designs, source code) are the exclusive property of Brand Business S.A. and are protected by Paraguayan intellectual property laws and international treaties.
Total or partial reproduction without express written authorization from Brand Business S.A. is prohibited.
09Limitation of liability
Brand Business S.A. is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses derived from the use of the site or products acquired. The maximum liability of Brand Business S.A. is limited to the amount actually paid by the buyer in the order subject to the claim.
10Applicable jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute derived from the use of the site or the purchase of products will be resolved by the Ordinary Courts of the Capital, Asunción, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
