Brand Business S.A. (RUC 80123456-7), domiciled at Av. España 1245, Floor 3, Villa Morra, Asunción, Paraguay, is responsible for processing personal data collected through brandbusiness.com.py.
02Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:
- Identification data: first name, last name, document.
- Contact data: email, phone, address.
- Order data: purchase history, preferences.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device, browsing behavior (via cookies).
Payment data: processed exclusively by Pagopar. Brand Business S.A. never sees or stores card information.
03Purpose of use
We use your data to:
- Process and ship your orders.
- Coordinate shipping with DHL Express.
- Send you tracking, receipts and order communications.
- Handle inquiries and claims.
- Send you newsletter (only if you subscribed).
- Improve the site through anonymized statistical analysis.
04Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on: the execution of the purchase contract; your explicit consent (for newsletter and optional cookies); and compliance with the legal obligations of Paraguay.
05Sharing with third parties
We share strictly necessary data with:
- DHL Express: name, address, phone, email — to carry out the shipment.
- Pagopar / Bancard: transaction amount and billing data — to process the payment.
- Tax authorities of Paraguay, when required by law.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Period.
06Retention period
We keep your data as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (invoicing, warranty, returns). After that period, we delete or anonymize it.
07Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Rectify incorrect data.
- Delete your account and personal data.
- Object to processing or withdraw your consent.
- Portability: receive your data in an exportable format.

08Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL encryption across the entire site, role-based restricted access, encrypted backups and periodic security reviews.
No system is 100% invulnerable. If we detect a security incident that may affect you, we will inform you without delay.
